In accordance with UK payment services regulation, card payments on our site may require Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) — for example, a one-time passcode or approval through your banking app (such as 3D Secure) — before your payment is confirmed. This is a security requirement of your card issuer and bank, not something we control.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data in order to reduce card fraud.

Your Payment Information

Your full card number is not accessible to us. Once your purchase is completed, we are only able to see your billing information, shipping information, order details, and the last 4 digits of your card. Your payment is processed directly by our PCI DSS–compliant payment provider(s); we do not store your full card details on our own systems.

This secure connection begins when you start your order. You can check this by looking for a closed padlock icon in your browser, and by confirming the site address begins with "https://" rather than "http://".

Your protection when paying by card. If you pay for goods costing between £100 and £30,000, in whole or in part, using a credit card, you may have additional protection for that purchase under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, which can make your credit card provider jointly liable with us if something goes wrong (for example, if goods are not delivered or are not as described). If you pay by debit card, your bank may offer protection through its card scheme's voluntary chargeback process, though this is not a legal right in the same way Section 75 is. Please contact your card provider for details of what protection applies to you.
